Policies & Guidelines

Initial Setup Fee
A one-time setup and service fee of $15 will be added to your first visit. This covers account setup, yard orientation, and removal of any extra waste buildup. If the initial cleanup takes longer than 30 minutes, additional time will be billed at $1.50 per minute.

Promotions
If a service is canceled after the first cleanup, Poop Patrols reserves the right to charge the regular service fee for that visit.

Large Yards
For properties larger than ½ acre (21,780 sq ft), there is an additional charge of $5 per visit, as these require more time to service.

One-Time Cleanups
One-time cleanups must be prepaid since they are scheduled outside of our normal routes. If cleanup exceeds 2 hours, additional time will be billed at $1.50 per minute.

Service Days
You will be assigned a service day based on our routes in your area. While we can guarantee your service day each week, we cannot guarantee an exact time due to traffic and scheduling variables.

Safety Requirements
For the safety of our team, walkways and service areas must be clear of hazards (e.g., construction materials, unsafe debris). Service will be postponed until the area is safe.

Weather & Missed Visits
We provide service year-round. In cases of extreme weather, smoke, or illness that prevent us from visiting, we will remove the accrued waste on your next scheduled visit. If you clean the yard during our absence, we will issue a credit.

Access Issues
If we arrive and cannot service your yard due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., locked gates, aggressive dogs), the visit will still be charged, as travel time and additional waste need to be accounted for.

Skipping Service
If your dogs will not be in the yard and you don't need service, please contact us ahead of time. We will remove you from the route temporarily and issue a credit for the missed visit(s).

Yard Conditions
Leaves, long grass, and heavy debris may hide waste and limit the thoroughness of our cleanup. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee perfect results under these conditions.

Right to Refuse Service
We value long-term client relationships, but reserve the right to stop or refuse service if working conditions become unsafe or unreasonable for our team.
